On 21 July 2026 our Chief Operating Officer, Hamdi Koubaa, was at the Farnborough International Airshow in the United Kingdom, held from 20 to 24 July 2026. Farnborough and Le Bourget alternate every year as Europe's two great aerospace shows: one year after our visit to Paris, it was the right moment to meet the supply chain again.

Why we went
- To meet customers and partners from the European supply chain, one year after our meetings at Le Bourget.
- To follow the production ramp-ups announced by aircraft and engine manufacturers, and what they mean for suppliers of machined parts.
- To see the technologies in machining, tooling and inspection that will shape our next investments.
What we take away
With 353 firm aircraft orders announced in five days, the message to suppliers is the same as in Paris a year earlier: customers are looking for capacity, quality and on-time delivery. That is what we keep building in Ben Arous, with our five-axis machine park and an EN 9100 quality system on the path to Aero Excellence.
New platforms are coming too: Farnborough 2026 saw the first public flight of an electric vertical take-off and landing aircraft (eVTOL) in the show's history.
