Verify our certificates
Check them at the source, not on our word
ESM is certified EN 9100:2018 and ISO 9001:2015 by AFNOR Certification under COFRAC accreditation n° 4-0001, with both certificates valid from 30 June 2025 to 29 June 2028. The EN 9100 certificate is issued under the IAQG ICOP scheme, which means it is registered in the IAQG OASIS database where any customer can verify its status and scope.
Search for ESM — Engineering Solution and Machining, Ben Arous, Tunisia in the public directory, or ask us for our OASIS identification number with the qualification package.

The documents below are not published on the site. They are sent to the buyer or supplier quality engineer handling the qualification, on request, with their revision index and date.

Customer portal
One account for the life of the contract
Customers in production receive a portal account on request. It gives the same view as our ERP: quotations to confirm, orders and their status, delivery notes, invoices and electronic signature of contractual documents, with e-mail notification at each step.
Quality data packages — certificates of conformity, FAI reports, material and process certificates — can be shared through the same account in a dedicated documents workspace, so that a supplier quality engineer finds the file for a delivery without asking for it.
Accounts are opened on invitation only, for named users of a customer under contract. Ask your ESM contact or write to contact@esm.com.tn.
