Where our parts go

Aerospace is 80 % of our activity. The rest is high-precision industrial and automotive work, run under exactly the same quality system.

01

Aerostructures

Machined structural and detail components in high-strength aluminium — brackets, fittings, ribs, plate components and machined profiles — built to customer definition with full traceability and FAI.

primary market

02

Aircraft interiors and equipment

Machined components for cabin systems and aircraft equipment, where part families are large, tolerances are tight and delivery reliability decides whether a programme stays on schedule.

03

High-precision industrial

Demanding industrial components that benefit from aerospace-grade process control — machine building, instrumentation, energy and tooling.

04

Automotive

Precision machined parts for automotive suppliers, typically low-to-medium volume work where dimensional stability matters more than unit cost alone.

05

Prototype and pre-series

First articles and pre-series batches for customers industrialising a new component, where the value is in the engineering dialogue rather than the machine hour.

06

Not addressed

ESM operates no ITAR or defence-restricted area and holds no defence-specific approval. Enquiries subject to export control in that scope are declined rather than accepted conditionally.

Customers

We do not publish our customers.

ESM supplies European tier-one aerostructure and aircraft equipment suppliers. Their names, the programmes they serve and the part numbers involved are covered by confidentiality obligations, and we treat those obligations as binding rather than decorative.

A supplier that publishes one customer's logo without written authorisation tells every other customer exactly how their own confidentiality will be handled. References, performance history and customer contacts are provided directly, under NDA, during a qualification process.

The same principle governs technical data: drawings, models, NC programmes and production data supplied to ESM are never shown, quoted or reused outside the team working on your part.

Nearshore

Tunisia, in the European industrial rhythm

Ben Arous sits south of Tunis, roughly two hours' flight from southern Europe, in a European time zone. Working languages are French and English. A supplier quality engineer can arrive in the morning, audit the process and be home the same evening.

Tunisia has a long-established aeronautical supply base and a skilled machining workforce fed by engineering schools with aerospace programmes — which is why the recruitment pipeline exists at all, and why ESM has been able to quadruple headcount in five years without losing its people.
