Full prestation

One industrial partner.
One controlled flow.

Material, machining, fitting, managed special processes, assembly, inspection, documentation and logistics — under a single point of responsibility.

The chain we take over

From raw material to a delivered, documented component

01Raw materialProcurement from approved sources against your specification, with certificate control.
02Machining3, 4 and 5-axis milling on fifteen CNC centres.
03FittingDeburring, edge break and finishing by authorised fitters.
04Special processesPlaced and managed within our qualified partner network.
05AssemblyRiveting, Hi-Lok and Hi-Lite fasteners, helicoils, bushings and seals.
06InspectionFinal dimensional and visual verification in the control laboratory.
07DocumentationFAI, certificate of conformity and the complete quality data package.
08LogisticsFOD-controlled packing and dispatch to your delivery point.

What changes for you

Fewer interfaces. One accountable supplier.

Splitting a part across a machinist, a treater and a logistics provider means three qualifications to maintain, three sets of lead times to reconcile and three parties to arbitrate between when something goes wrong.

Single point of responsibility

One supplier owns the route end to end. There is no interface at which accountability is handed off.

Reduced supply-chain complexity

One purchase order, one delivery, one invoice, one supplier qualification to maintain.

Controlled lead time

External process time is planned inside our schedule, not discovered after machining is finished.

Consolidated quality data

One documentation package covering material, machining, external processes and final inspection.

The honest version

What "one-stop-shop" does not mean here

It does not mean everything happens under our roof. Machining, cutting, fitting, inspection and assembly are performed at ESM. Surface treatment, coating, heat treatment and non-destructive testing are performed by qualified partners.

What ESM takes on is the industrial responsibility for the whole route: selecting and auditing the partner, flowing down your requirements contractually, planning the external time into the schedule, re-inspecting the part on return and issuing a single consolidated release.

Package transfer

Taking over an existing package

01

Package review

Part list, volumes, definitions, current routes and the existing quality history — reviewed before any commitment.

02

Capacity allocation

Machine-by-machine load simulation against our rolling capacity plan, so the ramp-up is arithmetic rather than intent.

03

Industrialisation and FAI

Process definition, fixturing, programming, simulation and First Article Inspection per part number.

04

Series release

Standards frozen, operators authorised, control plan issued, delivery performance monitored from the first shipment.

Next step

Discuss your next package

Bring us a part family rather than a single part number. That is where a single controlled flow actually pays.
