What is on this site, and what is not
The texts, the design system, the technical data sheets and the capability statement published here are the property of ESM. They may be reproduced for the purpose of evaluating ESM as a supplier — that is what they are for — but not republished commercially without written agreement.
No customer drawing, 3D definition, part reference, programme name or specification code appears anywhere on this site, and none ever will without the written authorisation of the customer concerned. That is a deliberate policy, not an omission.
Accuracy
If a figure here is wrong, tell us
Every technical figure on this site is traceable to an internal record: machine travels to the acceptance reports, capacity to the ERP load model, certification scope to the certificate itself. Figures that we cannot evidence are not published, and capabilities we do not hold are stated as not held.
If you find a discrepancy between what is published here and what you observe in an audit, write to contact@esm.com.tn. It will be corrected and the correction dated.
