Logistics coordinator — import, export and subcontracting flows

You organise the physical and documentary flows of a fully exporting company: material supplies, parts sent out for external processing and shipments to our aerospace customers in Europe, on time and in line with the customs regime.

What you will do

• Plan and track customer shipments by air, sea or road, and keep the customer and production planning informed.
• Organise material collections and the outbound and return flows with special-process subcontractors.
• Prepare and check shipping and customs documents (invoice, packing list, EUR.1 or certificate of origin, declarations under the suspensive regime) and make sure the quality file travels with every delivery.
• Coordinate freight forwarders and carriers: quotation requests, bookings, follow-up of customs clearance and of the discharge of customs accounts.
• Keep the Odoo ERP up to date (receipts, delivery notes, stock movements) and monitor on-time delivery and transport costs.
• Enforce packaging and part-protection requirements, including foreign object (FOD) checks before parcels are closed.

What we look for

• Licence or BTS in logistics, transport or international trade.
• Two to three years of experience in industrial logistics, ideally in a fully exporting company.
• Knowledge of Incoterms, Tunisian customs procedures and working with freight forwarders.
• Proficiency in Excel and experience of an ERP; Odoo is an advantage.
• Fluent French, written and spoken; professional English for exchanges with carriers and customers.
• Organisation, anticipation and interpersonal skills: you are the link between the shop floor, the stores, purchasing and outside partners.
