Screened on the same criteria
Function, qualification, experience, aerospace exposure and availability are read first — by human resources and by the function you applied to.
Answered by the people concerned
If a position or a project matches, the hosting function contacts you directly to arrange an interview. If nothing matches today, your application stays on file for two years.
