CNC Machining Technician (3, 4 and 5-axis)

BEN AROUS, Tunisia

CNC machining technician — 3, 4 and 5-axis

You set up and run DMG MORI machining centres producing aerospace components in high-strength aluminium, to a documented control plan, on our single site at Ben Arous.

What you will do

  • Set up machines, fixtures and tools from the process definition, and validate the first-off part before the run starts.
  • Run production in a three-shift pattern, with operator self-inspection and in-process checks against the control plan.
  • Record what you did: setup sheets, measurement records, traceability of material and tools.
  • Raise a non-conformity when something deviates, and take part in 8D and QRQC analyses.
  • Keep 5S and FOD discipline at the workstation.

What we look for

  • Technical diploma in mechanical manufacturing (BTS, applied licence or equivalent), or proven experience on CNC machining centres.
  • Reading of technical drawings and geometric tolerancing; use of standard measuring instruments.
  • Experience of Heidenhain controls is an advantage. Training on our machines is provided.
  • Rigour, and acceptance that your work is checked, signed and recorded — that is the aerospace standard.

What ESM offers

  • A machine park bought new, high-speed spindles and probing on every machine.
  • Structured training ending in a written, named authorisation, and a versatility matrix that opens further workstations.
  • A company that has grown from about 20 to roughly 150 people, where shift leaders and programmers were promoted from inside.

Apply with your CV, in French or English. Every application is read by human resources and by the production manager.
